I designed it with the goal of creating a bearing that works perfectly even when printed in PLA.Using rollers optimized for 3D printing.The rollers are designed with a taper angle of about 60 degrees.This configuration produced the least play and delivered the best performance.If the rollers are stuck, use a thin, pointed tool to gently pry them apart.They will get smoother the more they are worked in. There are three available clearances (0.1, 0.15, and 0.2).Use the one that performs best for your setup.
