Roller cat toy, put 2 strings into the opening and use a sewing needle or unfolded paper clip to pull a string through each hole in the bottom, tie the ends together.

Stuff catnip inside while holding the string and then feed the free ends of the string through the holes in the lid.

Pop lid on and pull the strings to tighten, then tie the strings to secure the lid.
