A first version of a rollercoaster.
Printer:
Ender 2 pro and Ender 5 pro
Train:
- m 2,5 screws, m 2,5 washers and m 2,5 nuts (I will post the lengh later)
- 4 x 13 x 5 bearings (4 per car, 8 per first car)
- 5 x 11 x 4 bearings (8 per car, 16 per first car)
- 5 x 10 x 4 bearings (1 per car, 3 per first car)
- 12 x 12 x 4 mm magnets(2 per car) (If you want to make magnetic brakes)
- 3 x 1 mm circular magnets for the launch system
- some 2 mm copper wire If you want to make restrains.
Track:
6x4 polyethylene tubing and 10 x 7,5 mm polyethylene tubing
Supports:
16 x 14 pcv rigid tubes, m3 x 20 screws, m2,5 x 22 screws and some screws around 4 mm in width and 30 mm in lenght.
also you will need some sort of base to mount the supports (e.g plywood)
Track pieces and support pieces:
0.28 layer height, 100% infill
Train:
0.2 layer height, 30% infill top of the trains, everything else 100% infill
you will also need isopropyl alcohol or degreaser to clean the
