- Open *.f3d file
- Click on "Modify" drop-down menu
- Then click on "Change Perameters"
Recommend setting the width .5-1mm samller than required.
current file is set to 0.3mm tolerence so can be set up to print-in-place but it is difficult to install teh slats all at once.
This Roller Shutter was designed to have a slot to assit with installing the slats assembled but it wasn't tall enough and I don't like the look of it being to big. To install the slats you have to install it one at a time
Unedited *.stl dimensions fit cavity 161 wide x 155 deep x 136&150 high
I used very thin, strong double sided tape to stick it in place but you can use glue instead. You may want to edit the file to include screw holes if you plan on screwing it in.
1st Photo, top shutter - the top shutter in the 1st photo was the prototype with thin 1mm slats that just didn't feel strong enough hence the slightly different look
