Roller Taper

Description: This project presents a detailed engineering drawing and 3D concept of a tapered roller idler assembly designed for material handling systems, such as belt conveyors. The roller features a symmetric tapered configuration to improve belt alignment and reduce mis-tracking during operation. The design includes a central cylindrical shaft supported by bearing housings on both ends, ensuring stable rotation and load distribution. The tapered geometry helps guide the conveyor belt դեպի the center, minimizing edge wear and increasing operational efficiency.
