Rolling Screw Extruder - Reupload

This is a reupload of iwillbuildit's [Rolling Screw Extruder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4973115)

The original was taken down due to potential patent infringement from Fuselabs .
However, the [Fuselab patent](https://patentscope.wipo.int/search/en/detail.jsf?docId=WO2020109886) was granted in 2019, and as is outlined in this [Reddit post](https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/r43ey8/comment/hmegpsu/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3),
There is clear, public, timestamped, Prior Art from 2015 that clearly invalidates this patent.

Thus this design is once again in the public domain for the whole world to use, improve and modify.
I personally think this design has a lot of potential to be an extremely light, compact and simplified extruder that could and should be used in more 3d printers.
