Roma Tomato Corer

After canning 10+ gallons of roma tomatoes and using a conventional corer, I was looking for a way to cut out the additional center stem area of the tomato that a traditional stem remover does not get to, other than manually with a knife. Adapted from apple corer by Zippitybamba.
