I was tired of my roomba's brushes wearing out in a few months, so I made new brush rollers!

BOM:
A few feet of 1/8th inch stainless steel bar (I used key stock)
Around 6 inches of 1/8th inch stainless steel rod
2 flanged ball bearings 1/8 inch shaft diameter 1/4 inch housing diameter
Two packs of these replacement brush strips from Dyson:

Print out each part vertically for rotational strength. You will need one of each part + 2 idler bearings. The fits for this are tight by design, so you may have to file or tweak the size in your slicer.

Assembly:

Cut two 213mm sections of the stainless steel bar.
Cut two 27mm sections of the stainless steel rod.
Gently hammer the rod into the round hole in the end cap
Insert the stainless bearings into both printed idler bearings
Slide the end section of the roller over the bar. Slide the matching section of the roller onto the bar as well. Then,
