UPDATE: 18-08-2020
Ive added new and much more robust Y-axis legs. The Legs are more robust and the belt is now held down with 2 M5 screws instead of the m3. It can be screwed down from the upside instead of trough the plate from the underside.
Added a X-axis belt tensioner and X-axis rod enforcer in one. The belt tensioner was needed because i wanted to make it more ridgit and have 9mm belts instead of the 6mm. Also a finer method of tensioning it.
Ever since i saw the design of the Root 3 Lite i wanted to make it and customize it with linear rails for the Z-axis, so i did!
Ive customized some other things in the proces and tought maybe other people would like these customizations so id share them.
First thing i did was to make a board plate for the Z-axis linear rails MGN12. I took the messurements from the R3 Lite and the design of the R3 and combined them into a Root 3 Lite X design. I have made the board from multiplex but im thinking of upgradeing it to Trespa for t
