Rope Lock/Tensioner

The problem with all gear-wheel rope tensioners, is that to lock you have to loosen the rope by a few millimeters. This design instead allows you to lock the rope by turning the lever clockwise, without loosening. It can be used with ropes from 1 mm. to 5 mm. It is recommended to use PETG if the tensioner is outdoors.   I added a version with a modified gear and lever to prevent the screw from unscrewing during tightening (there are 3 gears with different tolerances for a perfect fit with any printer).
