The world's first open source Rossler Attractor, with attractor-generating Mathematica notebook.
The Rossler Attractor is an attractor for the Rossler system, which is a system of three non-linear ordinary differential equations.
Strangely enough, this attractor was theorized, Otto Rossler, to be a part of the well known Lorenz attractor. Needless to say, this changed when Rossler saw the period in the z-axis.
Like the Lorenz attractor, the Rossler attractor is one of the few 'strange' attractors, which means that the attractor has fractal dimension.
