Rostock Max Compact End Effector for E3D Volcano

This design is specifically for the E3D Hotend with Volcano for a very compact end effector that accepts two 30mm squirrel cage layer fans. The purpose of this EF is to allow full travel with an enclosure that is not possible with the SeeMeCNC style layer fans of any type. The enclosure is pretty tight around the outside of the print area and requires a compact EF to be able to print across the entire bed surface. Cooling is ducted inside the hollow EF body to 6 ducts that vent directly toward the hotend tip.
