Rostock Max V2 Effector

This Effector Platform for the Rostock Max V2 was designed to incorporate the following design elements:
1. Use the new ball-joint arms
2. Use an E3Dv6 Hot End
3. Incorporate a light (in this case a 70mm 'angel eyes' from aliexpress)
4. Incorporate layer fan mounts with internal ducts that aims cooling airflow from all directions just below the nozzle (so it cools the plastic but does not affect the nozzle temperature as the fans start and stop).
5. Be as compact and rigid as possible and maintain the original build envelope (and be aesthetically pleasing!)

I originally started modifying the design by jimustanguitar to add a light and the ball joints, but ended up starting again from scratch. Full credit and thanks to his original design for the concept I built from.
