Rotary encoder adaptor

I want to mount this rotary encoder to a case wall but it has no threading. Normally it would be soldered on a pcb and the pcb mounted to the case.

I made a part which will be mounted with two M3 scews. Another part fixes the encoder to it. The holes are as far to the center as possible.
