Rotary Swing Vane Pump

Rotary Pump with vanes that use a stop-and-go motion to push fluid through toroidal chambers. A fun mechanism that I haven't seen other places. This version has wide 0.3mm clearances for easier assembly. I have also included a zip folder with a version that has smaller clearances for people with well dialed in machines.
