Rotating Backup Camera Mount

Created a universal model for mounting a backup camera to a car/trailer. Slots are wide enough to secure to vehicle/trailer with zipties/hose clamps. Mount just requires 1 M3x10mm bolt and nut. Camera mount is 20mm wide.
