Rotating card tray

A card tray that can rotate in place. Useful for games (such as the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game) where the cards are supposed to be turned to face the current player. I tried making one with printed wheels inside the base for the tray to roll on, but this just seems to work better. Print the ring, base, and one of the trays; then put the ring and base together before gluing the ring to the tray.
