Apart from the files to print, you will need to buy a 608 ball bearing to insert between the 2 bases for rotation. you can otherwise omit base 1 stl and just have a non rotating base instead

base1 stl fits a little loose on the bearing. To fix this i used one layer of electrical tape to avoid reprinting. Alternatively you can upsize the file by about 1%-1.5%
print 3 of the stands which press fit into the top of base 2 stl. Superglue in place for extra strength if needed.
