rotating utensil holder

The rotating utensil holder is designed to be an easy way to select a pen, pencil, marker, scissors, or paper clips. This makes online learning easier by having everything a student may need at an easy to reach spot on their desk or table. challenges I face during this was definitely sizing everything properly. If I could change anything about it would probably the shape of some of the holes on it. 3d printing my design would help me adjust the sizes properly and allow me to make a better design.
