Rotaty encoder

This is a reverse-engineered CAD model of a standard industrial DC5-24V Incremental Rotary Encoder (ABZ 3-Phase, 30KHZ). I modeled this based on the technical reference data for the 1000B/1024B (1000Z) component. The main critical dimensions—such as the 6mm solid shaft, the 20mm mounting boss,the body diameter, and the overall heights—are accurate and ready to be used in your automation assemblies or custom mounting brackets. While the main mechanical dimensions are correct, some of the minor cosmetic details or connector placements might not be 100 percent perfect since it was modeled from reference data.
