I wanted to be able to use this mic stand with a standard mic mount. I modified this piece to have the threads used for standard mic mounts. I used supports on the overhang above the treads but the overhang is so small that it probably doesn't matter. I printed with a 0.6mm nozzle, with 4 perimeters and did variable height, with the threads at 0.1 resolution.
