Round duct transition (reducer, increaser)

This is a fitting to transition round ducts between two different sizes (for ventilation etc.)

The .f3d (Fusion 360) file is fully parametric, so you can customize:
- Interior diameters and sleeve lengths
- Lenght of transition
- Wall thickness

I've also included a sample .stl for a 6-to-4-inch transition.
