Round Parametric Sausage Mold

This is a mold which helps to create consistent sausage or hamburger patties. My wife likes to make plant-based sausage patties, so I made this to help. Simply set the mold on a piece of parchment or wax paper, press the "meat" into it, and scrape off the top with the edge of a dull knife or other straightedge. Then simply pop the patty out of the mold into your frying pan!

Note that 3D printed items must be used around food with care. The tiny crevices between the layers can harbor bacteria and other nasties. Be sure to use a food-safe kind of plastic and wash the mold with soap and hot water between uses. I usually print stuff like this with a 110% flow rate to minimize the crevices.
