Rounded corner door hinge spacer.

Problem: heavy solid core interior door on standard door frame causing the wood of the frame under the lower hinge to compress and let the door sag.

Solution:

1: rip off your casing trim and add extra shims under and around that hinge to raise the rubbing corner of the door

2: print this spacer, unscrew hinge, slide spacer between frame and hinge, replace screws!

STL file is 2mm thick, included the blender project file so object can be modified to suit your needs, or simply scale it up or down along the Z axis on your printer control software. print solid infill, or very high percentage infill.
