Router Corner Radius jig set

Jig holder (tray) top is attached to holder base using #6 X 3/4" flat head sheet metal screws.

Corner radius wings are attached to jig body using #6-32 x 1/2" flat head machine screws into #6-32 nuts inset and glued into the body.

To print letters different color, do color changes at layer 41 (using .2mm layer height). Change back to original color at layer 46.

Sliced in PrusaSlicer 2.1.0

I can easily add additional sizes of the corner radius wings if desired.

Update 2/10/2020

Based on feedback from gwurst I replaced the jig holder with a new version that includes a slot for 1 3/4" jig corner and with the slot tolerance increased by 0.3mm for better fit.

Update 2/14/2020

Added jig wings for chamfer sizes 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2". Have not yet designed a holder, but printing another original holder for the chamfers will work, but the slots for the 1/8" increments will be empty.
