What problem does this solve:I had to cut a groove spaced ½" from the edge of a drawer face. I originally used a straight edge clamped to the face and after a lot of trial and ERROR, I was able to match the other drawers on my kitchen cabinets but it wasn't easy and prone. I tried several tools like my ryobi rotary tool and a rotozip but settled on a rarely used 2HP Ryobi router that had a missing adjustable guide. That's OK I didn't like my old guide anyway. The Design:The tapped holes on the Ryobi Router are a unique, non-symmetric spacing from the router bit and the straight edge. The fence or guide can be adjusted plus or minus 2" from the bit using the two 5/16 X 1" SS Socket CAP Screws. The bit can be up to ¾" diameter to clear the guide. The material:I used PLA with 15 percent infill and found it durable enough to handle loose tightening of the screws and the wear and tear of handle on a wood. The PLA is reasonably smooth to allow for as smooth moveme
