Router Table Inserts

Overview:I was tired of backing out six screws of my router table insert if I wanted to reduce the opening for a smaller bit or vice versa, so I designed this system. It consists of a ring that screws into your router table and swappable inserts of various diameters that can be rotated and pulled out to swap another one in. I also designed some wrenches to make it easier to rotate the inserts, then you can use the wrench to also pop it out.I’ve included my Fusion 360 design, so you can create your own custom inserts using the included parameters. Printing:The parts can be printed in PLA, PETG, ASA, etc. No parts require supports if printed in the orientation shown. It is important to print the wrenches as shown for strength.
