Added flange seals on both sides of the main hull
Added more meat to the rudder arms.
Increased dowel size for servo arm pins
Added second tray on the insert for PCB's
The plan is to isolate the ROV into 3 different compartments
1) Front will be for camera and possible gimble
2) Main hull is for batteries, servos (rudder), ESC's and receiver.
3) Rear will be for motor assembly
