Royal Mail letter size guide. This is a size guide for small & large letters using the maximum depth allowed. Text written to show maximum dimensions as per their guidelines.   Prints quickly, I recommend 4 walls & 15% infill to remove any flex on the top to ensure sizing.   If you plan on doing multicolour with a single extruder printer, the colour change is after 5mm.
