RPi adaptation

Love this design, sleek and compact. The only thing for me was I am using a RPi with RPiHQ camera, which did not fit in this case. It was not tall enough. I had to extend the case 15mm vertically.

###Changes made
Also for the Allsky case I made some changes:

1. an external location for a BME280 - to support the dew heater setup. There are 2x BME280s, one for internal and the other for external data.
2. pins to fit in vent hole on camera mount for raising dew heater element
3. updated camera mount for RPiHQ

IF I had to print again, I would use ASA or PLA, but this is good for now.

Used all the same print settings as the orig.
