RPI_Protoneer Case

My RPI3b and Protoneer 2.60 didnt quite fit so I made a few quick adjustments to the design - Removed some material from around the green screw connectors (between x and endstops input) as well as some from the bottom as the pcb was extended past this edge and prevented the case from closing
