RPI4 Hyperpixel 4.0 touch

Hyperpixel 4.0 touch case for the pi 4. Original design by sinns worked well, but I lost my SD card under the pi board too many times. Added structure to stop SD card from falling inside, and added structure to stop light wash from coming through both holes. Lower case is modified, upper case is not.
