Rudder for RG65 Vector

This is my design of a ruder fitting in my RG65 Vector.
The molds i print with a resin printer with a printing height about 165mm.
I use the ruder cores to print it with LW PLA and use it as inlay in the mold.

Diameter of rudder shaft is about 3mm.

The molds are to thin to use them without a support.
I recommend to glue it on a 18mm mdf furniture board.
