Rugged Box (no screws)

This is a closing “rugged” box. I figured it's been remixed a bunch of times, so I'm not sure who the original was, but I adapted the model from Whity on Printables. I've changed the box to be taller (88 mm) and to use printed pins instead of screws. It can still use screws - if you're so inclined, use M3x30 screws. The pins will need a brim (should be set by default) and go in only one direction. I separated the pins on plates for clarity: front pins for front, back pins for hinges. I was able to get mine nearly flush: the tight fit should keep them in place, otherwise a dab of CA glue can reinforce it. The plastic pins won't be as strong as screws, but a box this size probably won't be under a lot of stress anyway. I printed mine on an AI mini. Overall size is 150 x 100 x 88.
