RunCam Split Mount for Alien & others

This is a mount that I made for a runcam split cam that brings the cam more forward and up in order to reduce the amount of the props that can be seen in the HD footage. Depending on frame and cam angel, you may still have some prop in the shot.

This frame fits the Impulse Alien, and alike. As well as other frames. This fits a clone alien frame I have, but a completely different frame as well.

This mount also has an integrated mount for a beeper. As well a front guard to help protect the camera lens since it is going to be out from the frame and exposed.

I designed this mount so that it can be printed just the way it sits. It can be printed without supports as angles are incorporated where they would be needed to illuminate support.

I printed it in PLA. I flew it for months. I beat the heck out of it and it held up. If finally broke, but still had enough integrity to continue to fly. It actually just split down the middle, and you wouldn't know it until you took it out.
