Rush M.D. ICU Bed

I threw Bourne42's Simple hospital bed version into TinkerCad and removed the A1 marking on the side, then added an updated ICU marking instead. I'm not a skilled modeler, so it's not nearly as smooth as his original overall.

I highly encourage anyone using this bed for the ICU version to click through and see Bourne42's actual insert. They've got a talent for fitting all the bins together. To help fit all the extra pieces from all additional expansions and bonus kickstarter promos, I'll be tweaking parts of his insert to take advantage of the last of the base box height, then store all of the books and boards in the ICU box. I'll update this posting with those pieces as I fit them
