This is Soviet combat robot Vanka-Vstanka. It was originally designed for 28mm miniatures, but taking into account the details, it is suitable for 35mm and 54mm miniatures, if enlarged in size. Includes two options: active and standby modes. 3D printable model based on comic Fallout fan art by artist Τony Sart:
