RV-12 Panel Garmin Aera 760 bracket

This bracket/plate can be used on Van's RV-12 LSA aircraft with one EFIS on the pilot side and a glove box on the passenger side. It is designed to mount using 9 of the existing panel screw holes with #6-32 machine screws, such that no permanent modification to the aircraft panel is required, and the bracket is sized and shaped to not interfere with either the central radio stack, nor with the opening of the glove box door. The bracket provides a 30 mm x 38 mm standard AMPS mount hole pattern, these 4 holes are sized for #6 threaded brass inserts. The AMPS hole pattern placement is such that a Garmin Aera 760 will fit nicely in portrait orientation between the radio stack and the glove box, using the Garmin-provided docking adapter. I recommend printing this bracket in PETG or PCTG, preferably on a 3D Effect build plate in order to get the carbon-fiber look that complements the RV-12 S-LSA standard panel design.
