RV Mini AC Control Box

Had to replace my roof AC unit with one off my old rig. The intake plenum is much smaller as this was an older unit and had manual controls (Dometic). I wanted to use the thermostat, which hooks up to the 12v relay control box. The original control box was way too big to fit up inside the plenum, and had a lot of empty space inside. I decided to make a smaller box that I could mount below, where it would not obstruct the air flow.

Note: This requires a power connection, and a 9 pin connector to the roof unit, which you will have to order and wire up. Both connectors use the same size pins.

You'll need a crimper to attach the pins to the wires. I ended up getting this one, since it had a lot of crimping options.
