Ryobi TSS121 Zero Clearance Insert

DescriptionI couldn’t find a zero-clearance insert available for my Ryobi TSS121 sliding miter saw, so I designed one for my own use and future projects. This was my first attempt at creating a functional, shop-ready accessory from scratch, focusing on something practical that I didn’t already have.The project also served as a learning experience in using modern tools — including AI-assisted design — to develop, refine, and document a useful workshop part. The result is a simple, purpose-built zero-clearance insert designed to fit within common consumer 3D printer constraints while remaining easy to print and install.
