This is a shipping enclosure designed to hold all AM4 AMD-CPU's,
in case you wanna sell your prozessor but don't have the original package.
Make sure that your 3D-printer isn't overextruding,
otherwise the pins of the CPU could get bent due to tight tolerances.
4x mainboard- or PSU-screws are needed.
Of course you can also use other M3 screws, but I found that most people
with a CPU laying around could also have some mobo or PSU screws.
