if fit is loose or to tight play around with printing scale or simply add a tiny bit of tape inside.
this is printable with 0% infill but the button might break if pressed without the pen inside.
blender file is messy but contains some prototypes and placeholder shapes that could be useful like a 3d model of the original pen that goes inside.
