This is a very durable Ace pro riser for the Anycubic S1 Max that requires NO hardware at all. After printing someone else's design, I noticed that when I put an empty Ace Pro on top, the bottom legs wanted to buckle and slide off the edges of the machine. So, I went to Tinkercad and designed one myself with skadis boards and a bottom brace that still allows access to the printer lid. Yes, you should use supports. TOLERANCE There is one "Print Profile 3MF loaded that has a distance of 0.2mm of space between the dovetail cuts. There is one "Raw Model File" 3MF loaded that has 0.3 space between the cuts. Each file has a tolerance test print. Depending on what type of material you use, the tolerances may need to be looser. Certain materials expand just a little, so do yourself a favor and print the snug tolerance test using the material you plan to use for the riser and see if you can slide the dove tail pieces together without breaking them. If your pieces don't fit together without breaking, then print the loose tolerance test. If they still don't fit together without breaking, adjust your filament settings so that your walls print more precisely. Specifically, temperature, flow ratio, and pressure advance. Once you've dialed in your filament settings, try the tolerance tests again with your new filament values. Here is a video that should help with calibrations
