This is a case for the Samsung Galaxy S4, with a guitar in the back.
I modified the Samsung Galaxy S4 case with an image of a guitar I found and also modified (http://media-cache-ec0.pinimg.com/236x/62/50/0c/62500ce8ed3cd1c0d76665b5b3cff5b8.jpg).
I modified the image with GIMP and converted to svg with Inkscape.
