This vent allows for quick adjustment, tight seal when closed and variable open position adjustment. This design is for injection molding of plastic. The model uploaded is a step version to avoid the problems associated with Inventor assemblies and models. Only one moving part, a half twist goes from fully open to closed. Vent opening shapes are boat shapes in themselves. Very little to obstruct the flow of air. Nothing hangs down into the headspace below.
