Made it by means of
https://convertio.co/de/jpg-dxf/
Inventor for modelling and extruding and lastly Meshmixer for the Pattern. I reduced the numbers of triangles by 95%. Otherwise my computer couldn't handle it. The files were still way too big (700MB) so i reduced the triangles in the mesh again by 95%.
