SAE Bolt Sizing Guide

Tolerances are tight for inserting bolts. You can thread an appropriate sized bolt into each hole and should have no issues. If you want the original Tinkercad file leave a comment and you can alter the design. I use this to size miscellaneous bolts in my toolbox
