Safety Cutter

Remixed original public OnShape document from Anton Tsivilev to include a snap fit blade lock & accommodate 9mm break-away blades since that's what I have on-hand. Works well for shrink wrap and boxes, used extensively during recent move. Main body does require supports. Did not test 18mm blade fitment as I don't have on hand, but two 9mm blades fit it nicely, can't imagine there would be any fit issues with a proper 18mm blade.
