Safety Razor Stand v2

Stand for a handheld safety razor of the type which you have to screw together after inserting a blade.

This is my second iteration of the design (you can see the [initial version here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2810254)). While the first version was more elaborate, I found it a bit cumbersome in daily use. It seemed to me that a flat design would be more ergonomical, since I could put down and pick up the razor components horizontally rather than at an angle.
