Salami Drying Rig

This is a holder for drying out salami or other similar sausage.
We bought some that didn't have a string for hanging - or even a "tail" on the ends of the casing. So I needed a solution to support them for drying.
It holds a salami vertically while it dries. It has space to hold a 3 oz "bathroom" cup, to catch the drippings.

This requires two of the outer rings, and one of each of the other parts.
The two rings get mounted one above the other, spaced out based on the size of whatever you are drying. For very long meats, you may want to add a third support ring.
The lower ring gets the outer spacer, then a 3 oz cup (optional - to catch the drippings), then the inner spacer, and then the funnel.
